Clarity before code.

The biggest breakthrough in software won't come from writing code faster. (GitHub Copilot already did that, and projects still fail at the same rate.) It'll come from thinking more clearly about what to build. That conviction, born from too many failed launches and too many "that's not what I asked for" demos, drives everything we do at Specira AI. We've built an Agentic Requirements Intelligence platform that forces teams to define the right thing before a single line of code gets written.

🎯

Decision-First

Most AI tools generate drafts that look good until you try to build from them. Specira makes decisions. Four specialist AI agents analyze every input, poke holes in assumptions (the kind nobody wants to voice in a meeting), and surface what humans typically miss. All of this happens before any document gets created.

🔍

Grounded in Your Context

Specira doesn't hallucinate generic answers. (If you've tried asking ChatGPT to write requirements for your specific system, you know what we mean.) It's grounded in your company's architecture, security policies, and past decisions. Everything lives in a Neo4j-powered knowledge base that gets smarter with every project you run through it.

Human Approval Required

Every AI output requires human review and approval before export, because we've seen what happens when people blindly trust AI-generated specs. A RED Team Critic agent provides adversarial validation, essentially the skeptic in the room who asks "are you sure about that?" Full audit trail with timestamps and attribution, which matters more than you'd think when the compliance audit lands on your desk.

Nicolas Payette, CEO and Founder of Specira AI, requirements intelligence platform

Nicolas Payette

CEO & FOUNDER

Over 25 years, Nicolas built digital products and AI systems at companies ranging from 10 people to 20,000 employees. Startups, mid-market, global enterprise: different scales, different industries, but the same frustrating pattern. Teams kept building the wrong thing because requirements were unclear, incomplete, or (his personal favorite) "documented" in a 90-minute meeting recording that nobody ever listened to again.

At TEC (Technology Evaluation Centers), he scaled a web platform from 300,000 to 1.8 million visitors, built AI-powered systems that produced 100 times more content while cutting costs in half, and led engineering teams through a complete infrastructure rebuild. It was messy, exhilarating work. Then came Saputo, a global manufacturer with 20,000 employees spread across four continents. Brilliant teams, ambitious digital programs, and a level of complexity that taught him more about requirements at scale than anything before it. Hundreds of stakeholders. Dozens of interconnected systems. The kind of environment where getting alignment right isn't optional, it's everything.

The bottleneck was never the code. It was always what came before: the thinking, the alignment, the decisions nobody documented. He kept telling himself someone would build a tool for this. After 25 years of waiting, he stopped waiting. Specira AI is the solution he spent two decades wishing existed.
